Pros
The remote has multiple features including a flash light. We mostly use the beep and vibrate anyway as our dogs are very obedient and just need a little attention getter. Works great and remote is easy to use.
Cons
Remote goes into deeply sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. Within a month it no longer holds a battery charge.
Even the grammar on the back of the package is wrong. Very disappointed in this. Item is not as described. Waste of money.

I found that my puppys neck is way too small and there was an excess of collar hanging that she would chew on until i twistytied it up

Works great for my heeler hes hard headed but this collar corrects his behavior instantly i had to use the zap mode only a few times on a low setting before he corrected his misbehavior with the rattle mode
