If i had to say one negative it would be that the pole is fragile and can be damaged if it hits something or something falls on it

I couldnt believe how fast the little chainsaw cut through the dangling limb and then when i removed the pole and used it as a hand held it cut quickly through the smaller limbs that an 18 gas saw would just vibrate on and not cut

The only reason i ordered this one is because my ranger i pole broke due to user error i suppose

Also you have to watch out where your plugged in cord is to not trip or cut it
