Good enough quality for the priceive only just started winding my own pups and after going through 34ths of a lb on three different orders havent had any breakage that i couldnt track down to other causes i bought a half pound from another vendor got through 1 and a half pickups ween it broke the wire was so badly wound on the ends it looked like a heavaly skatter wind tried to save it but every time it got to the ends l ilt was the same story

The reason i rated this 4 stars rather than 5 is because there are a considerable number of break welds in the wire itself where the wire has broken in production and been welded together

One would not ordinarily notice this at all unless feeding the wire by hand which i do

As a break weld is about double the thickness of the wire alone this causes a bump in coil wraps alteration of resistance minor but it builds up with each break and in excess reveals the wire is not quality
