Pros
The spray is supposed to help moisturize dry and irritated nasal passages. This is an effective, *-free way to re-hydrate. I strongly prefer the aloe gel for moisturizing, but if you need cleaning and moisturizing this one can cover as an all in one.
Cons
Beware - there has to be something wrong with the formula. There is no hose attached to the nozzle which means there is no spraying. This is junk.
