Buy this book, don't even hesitate. This book is very easy to read and leves you with chapter bite size pieces to digest.

Cons

This one isdefinately not one of them. There is nothing new in it that hasn't been said many times in many books before or just dah-common sense. I found the book very contradictory to how i live my life.
