The flip top seals it and doesn’t leak. I transport it with the original lid and that one doesn't leak at all. I love the two lids and having the straw as an option.

The perfect size to fill up with ice and filtered water. Fyi it stay’s cold for hours.
Keeps beverages either cold or hot for a full day or more. Great design for keeping liquids cold. And it keeps my tea hot for over 8 hours.
Cons

It is totally leak proof if you use the plug cap but not as leak proof with the straw cap

I have had that one leak a bit sometimes if im not careful to really close it tight but its a minor complaint
