Thanks always thought products like these were just a gimmick and would never really help but i tore a very small ligament in my knee a couple summers ago and its always bothered me jumping weight lifting etc

I dont have any particular knee injuries im catering to but they do tend to be sensitive and this has done the trick especially in winter when its colder it has helped make my knees feel better
