Pros
Sturdy, heavy, with a hook on the vertical riser for ballast. It's lightweight easily adjustable and very sturdy. Good sturdy tripod/monopod combo. Neewer sandbag works with this tripod and really helps with stability.
The 2 in 1 is a tripod and the mono pod all included in one. The camera adapter is great. The monopod is a nice option as well.
Cons
Absolutely inexcusable. Otherwise it's a lightweight tripod, but the quality is subpar. Mechanism to position the camera angle is extremely unstable.

My neewer sandbag works with this tripod and really helps with stability but the overall system is somewhat let down by the less impressive head unit

This is not a fluid head unit so dont expect too much in the way of smooth pans but it does move smoothly and locks somewhat securely
