Pros

These sheets are wonderful for baking - no more trying to cut to fit pans! Easy to use. I just crease around the edges and smooth the bottom making sure it’s good and tight. Helps with moistness,, and clean release.

Cons

They have to be crimped on the edges. This defeats the whole purpose of the parchment. Too flimsy. The pan leaks.
