Pros & Cons
Pros
Trousers have elasticated bottom to the trouser legs which stops them slipping over boots. Easy to put on / take off while wearing boots once you get used to which bit connects to which. Elasticated ankles are 'a must' - especially if you are short.
Cons
Not the best design for cycling in wet cornish winters. As i write this i have a cold wet strip down both my legs where these trousers leaked on the seam! Pay more and get a decent pair would be my advice.
Highlights
Quality
A quality product not to heavy but good enough to keep water out
With the full length side zips its easy to just step in and zip up both sides
Packaging/appearance
I like the waist poppers and the pockets
Competitiveness
As a motorcyclist my large biking boots are usually already wet when trying to slip into a pair of rainproof overtrousers

This makes it extremely difficult to pull normal overtrousers on because the wet boots stick to the inside and youre left hopping about like a mad frog
