Pros & Cons
Pros
Door is easy to open but is child proofed. Opening is 45 inches at top and 44 inches at the bottom where there are baseboard. Good baby gate for under 50 bucks.
Pressure mount method was sturdy enough despite my pomeranian squeezing through. Sturdy, didn't need to screw into my woodwork.
Cons
There is only 2 extenders, one is very small for my stairs. Too small with the small extender and too big with the big extender. This gate is flimsy and cheap.
The regalo is horribly made and should be taken off the market. Only positive is the return was easy and i got a full refund. Not safe at all.

As you can see in the photo i didn’t think this would be a problem but i came home to see that he managed to squeeze through where i assume might be that side gap by the wall…
