The papers are very high quality and thick, therefore all the photos are crispy clear. Well researched text with wonderfully clear diagrams. Easy to follow diagram instructions.

The book explains in such details how to massage each part of hands and feet. Written for someone who intends to fully learn the practice of acupressure. The foot massages are really nice and seem to help a little.

This book has a very nice colorful pictures but the way it explain movements or techniques are a little confusing to me. Just to learned proper techniques and thumb placement for basic to moderate massaging or reflexology.
