After posting my negative review of the faucet the manufacturer immediately contacted me to find out what problems i was having with the faucet

The manufacturer offered to send me a replacement faucet immediately and didnt even expect me to send the old one back to them

I have not installed the replacement faucet yet but i have to assume that it will work better than the original one i purchased

After one week the faucet started leaking at the base of the coils where the arm that holds the sprayer is attached

Not sure why water would be leaking at that spot but it pours down the shaft to the base
