This is my first meditation pad. I'm about 210 lbs and the largest size is perfect. The height is good, too, really like this.

It's nice and sturdy with just a few wiggles to get your tushie in place. The cushion was purchased for mindfulness meditation. I remember before i used to feel numbness in my legs during meditation, but this little cushion helped eliminate that too.

The fabric and zipper are great quality. The handle makes it easy to carry and is well sewn too. The fabric feels durable.

The filling is nice, breathable, and adjusts easily to support/relieve all the pressure points. My only criticism is that the barley or filling is a little too firm.

After two months or so of casual sitting, it's a shame. I'm not sure how this could have happened after it was wrapped in plastic. It was exposed to fluid at some point.
