Pros
Thickness is on point, but it feels much thicker due to the density. Works good on my hardwood floor. Memory foam like bounce.
This mat is much more supportive and easily handles my weight of around 180 lbs. Comfortable and able to use for all excersizes. Mostly using it for indoor plank, sit-ups, push-ups. Some balance poises can be harder because of it's thickness.
It's a great size, much wider than if you were to get specifically a bed roll mat. And it floats. Yes there are some scuffs, but i feel thats expected.
Cons
Material is not al all durable. The material isn't great, and it came with dents in it. The mat is thick and comfortable but really no durability.
It is slippery, soggy and not meant to keep your balance when you execute yoga poses, most definitely not the more adavances poses. The mat is really uncomfortable and caused skin redness.
It's not a bad mat, but it’s poorly advertised as what you get differs from what's advertised. The first picture clearly shows it's not the same texture.

All of the other mats that i own are very thin and for some poises you need a blanket or something to protect your knees

I was trying to figure out how to get in touch to get an additional strap shipped maybe but cant seem to find a way to do that

In posting a question i found that a few others have had this issue and have been unable to resolve it so i guess im looking up black elastic to just make one myself insert hrumpf
