I noticed they dont provide an arch but there are holes for the laces to go through to create a minor arch or medial support in the shoe

These shoes allow for spreading of the toes which is necessary with a proper deadlifts

I was using reebok crossfit lifters the oly shoes with raised heel for squats and strongman but those didnt work for deadlifts

While i still use the lifters for front squats and highbar the lite trs have replaced them for everything else
