Pros
This thing is my hydration soulmate. I would be parched and pathetic without it. These are well insulated and ice lasts a long time.
Customer service is spectacular. These are incredible! They work great! I only wish they had a special cleaning brush.
Cons
Bought these at costco, i have to keep buying lids from the company b/c they are not kid proof. Bottle cap breaks very easily.

I had the bottle sitting in my car for about 5 hours the other day, came out and it said the temp was 108 degrees.

This was originally a gift that i only had to replace because i had smashed my original in a fit of rage (unrelated to the bottle, iwas having a horrible day) -- and by smashed i mean threw viciously at the concrete sidewalk only to find a little crack in the cap.
