Pros

This kosher grind, as well as the fine grind, is the best salt i have ever tasted. It's subtle, but you know the food has been seasoned. Like very much. I have received compliments on the very subtle flavor of salt it imparts.

Unlike iodized salt or sea salt, this comes from an ancient salt lake in utah. This salt has a milder flavor than the salt he used to using. Big difference between this and himalayan salt.

Cons

It's a shame because i wanted a mined salt and this is from the us. Buyer beware. Wouldnt buy again.
