On arrival i was impressed but unfortunately within a day it had to be returned as it was faulty

No longer the keep hot button but i found it quite annoying that each time you fill it you have to take the lid off completely and it’s not as clear as other kettles i’ve had previously of the water level indicator

Not to mention it’s able to boil and heat to different temperatures based on the type of drink you are making
