A week or so later i recd an email saying not to forget to return the damaged item thats when i got on the phone

The new young man i was speaking with indicated yes i am supposed to send back the damaged set however i told him it was just one plate and i said i had the online chat sent to my email in it very clearly the first cr told me dont bother returning

Apparently that wasnt correct but because i had the chat conversation sent to my email the 2nd cr said yep there it is in writing he apologized told me to keep what i had and not to send back the broken dishset
