Pros

I am 100% natural and my hairstylist uses it on my hair. Took me 30 minutes tops to straighten my hair =-). I have very thick, long & course hair and it usually takes a few trys to get my hair straight.

The fact that you can adjust the temperature setting is a big plus. Plan on purchasing one for my daughter as a gift.

Cons

This product cause all of the light in my house to dim and flicker when i plug it in. There was no return address or invoice to return it. Does not work on 4a or 4b african american hair. Hair stays frizzy and poofy.
