Pros

The value received makes this an awesome product. Great condition and good tasting. Very satisfied with my purchase.

The jar of caviar comes carefully packaged and comes with freezer bags. As it came out of the can, it is not runny (there is no liquid in the can,) and is just the way great caviar is supposed to be. It was devoured by everyone in my house.

The roe is perfect with cream cheese and capers (i just did it), or scrambled with eggs, or in a sushi roll. It's jammed packed with delicious roe, but it does get a bit smooshed. Goes well with crackers and german black bread.

The taste is just right, not too salty, or briny. It's not too fishy, and not too salty.

Cons

I used it to flavor ramen noodle, that's right. The consistency is over-stirred and mostly iquid jello.

I recently tried the red salmon caviar and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product

I have bought this item a few times and been happy with the quality and the price

For my second can i just decided not to strain it and deal with the saltiness

There are way worse quality products on the market that cost way more

Some reviewers have said that the price is high but for what you are getting i dont think it is

Nonetheless this salmon roe was excellent when cold and at a reasonable affordable price

I will buy again so long as price remains reasonable

No ones fault but mine since i chose regular shipping

For this price including shipping its an impassable deal

The packaging was very good keeping the caviar cold and fresh upon arrival

The packaging was so good it would have stayed cold for another day or two

Competitiveness

I enjoyed 3 large rolls of ikura sushi as soon as it arrived had nuri and rice all ready lol

If you are comparing this to ikura sushilevel roe you will be disappointed of course it is not that and not meant to be that
