Pros

The canadian company is very responsive to questions and has a knowledgeable person to speak to without navigating a tedious call-tree. Looks good and operates well. Noticed a slight drop in power usage from the previous well pump.

The pump appears to be good quality, sturdy and well built. This pump is a beast! The pump is satisfactory.

Cons

It was installed in a shallow cistern. When replaced there was corrosion seeping from the seams in a few of spots. The warranty not so much.

I hesitated to try this brand of pump because the price was so reasonable

Shipping was fast which was a big big as i had no water while i waited for the replacement

As a side note amazon failed miserably on the next day shipping

They did refund my shipping but being without water for that period was a little challenging

This pump seems to be doing much better even though lower specd

My pump i replaced with this one had a franklin motorand lasted 20yrs

I have 1800 feet to travel slight decline fed of a shallow 30ft well
