Pros
Smoothed out my shifting tremendously after about 100 miles of city shifting. Shifts like butter! Seems pretty good, just put it in but am noticing smoother shifts.
Vw tdi 5spd 02j. Used in my 1990 mazda miata 5-speed. Drain and filled with regular * oil.

Little pricey but actually get what you paid for. Price is a little cheaper here.
Cons
It performs horribly in the cold. Drained the expensive oil and put in walmart brand 10w-30 synthetic and its better.

I might be oblivious and didnt see a shake well sign but you probably want to shake it to make use you get everything into the transmission

This only oil i recommend to all the customers had manual transmission problems like miss shift any gears

Strange story i poured out one of the four bottles i got on amazon and found some ropy lumpy congealed parts to it
