It’s got good wheels strong components and a good design but as several reviewers have mentioned the instructions a fatally flawed—specifically the step involving the assembly of the wheels to the lower frame

I naively thought that because this flaw had been pointed out to the company selling this cart they would have corrected the instructions by now but they are still wrong

In order for the wheel assembly step to work you must put a washer on either side of the wheel then through the vertical handle and then through the bottom tray
