Pros

It is the same product the plumber will use to flush your system. Keeps my tankless water heater running great. I have to say i’ve experimented with different tankless water heater cleaners.

It is hard to say this worked because it is preventing a potential future problem. This fits the bill. Will be doing this again in a couple of moths.

Works fast and efficiently. Works great just mix with water. We descale are on demand water heater quite often.

Cons

From our families perspective this was an injurious product. Save your money. I’m sure it may be fine if someone doesn’t have extremely hard water.
