There should be a hardcover collector edition. It's packed full of fun pictures and information. Excellent documentary with tons of fabulous photos. Audio clips from early shows, video clips.
Nearly 350 pages, with colour pictures of band members on most pages. Transcripts of some inter-song stage banter from their first concerts.
The pictures are incredible and the play by play account of their development during this period is absolutely enthralling. The presentation is perfect and really captures the feel of the era. Thanks for documenting all of this priceless moments.

There was not a single description of such an event. It's like it was written by a 3rd grader and not even a smart one.
