At first it worked great and then in the beginning of august it decided that it would no longer come out of the base

That one worked great until the end of september when it started having issues snapping into the base on one side

So at that point i contacted recaro and let them know that what i wanted was a refund

The seat could not perform this basic function and i was not about to just be offered another replacement that would have the same issue

I was told to send the seat back and upon receiving it they would issue a refund check for the amount i paid i sent them a copy of the invoice

Its now been a month since i sent it back and still no refund when i call to check on it im told again and again that it has been received but they cant tell me when i will receive the check

Now i have spent money on a seat from a different manufacturer that actually seems reliable
