Using 4 12v 7ah batteries in series tucked in a pannier bag
Married it up with a 13ah battery from off of amazon too
Great value works very well i can get up to 30mph with a 48v battery

The chain sprocket lined up ok but the wheel was not central to the bike center and the caliper brakes could not be fitted properly

This was then milled out to a c shape to be slipped over the axle in situ

When the battery eventually arrived it was strapped on temporarily and the wires connected

The brakes would still work but the effect will be to make the rear go up and down slightly while riding

The controller is left in the elements as there is no protection bag whether this should come from reasejoy or the battery supplier is questionable and not resolved by either supplier as it was to small
