Worksjunk worst customer support ever purchased a new coachmen rv with it installed less than a year later it wouldnt let me access it did the reset no difference emailed customer service got the run around for three months then it was out of warranty spend another and theyll fix it

My main problem with this unit it that when the signal is lost it freezes on that scene for about 5 seconds

My driveway is about 200 down a steep incline so at night it is hard to see far enough to know if the video is frozen or working it may look like you are straight but are actually running toward the ditch

I had to extend the video and two power connections by about 6to keep from drilling a hole in the metal siding of the camper
