Pros
Clamp is very strong, attached it to my headboard. Works best with the end of the clamp parallel to the hose corrugation. Clamp opens up to the dimensions the mfg claims.
This works like a charm and is sturdy. To my surprise, it is very solidly built.
Clips on the nightstand really securely. I have it attached to the far top edge of backboard, with my bipap machine on a shelf next to the bed at mattress height.
Black arm is bendable but you need to be strong to make the curves. Hose holder prevents hose from getting tangled, pinched and possibly leaking air.
Just received it a few days ago. This thing works perfectly. This does exactly what it's supposed to.
Cons
Amazon says window for refund was closed. The clamp forth hose is fat too big to grasp the hose. The bottom clamp is difficult to bend.

The bracket and clamp are nice and sturdy
They work great keeps the hoses out of the way and helps keep them untangled
The clamp eventually breaks so it cannot anchored to the bed headboard
It was poorly constructed and never stayed where i put it
Price
Its definitely worth the price of not getting strangled by your hose all night long
The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the price
The price you pay is worth it

My new arm arrived in two business days and was easy to install where i wanted it i think it is a great buy and is a safety item for me

I was skeptical about this at first but once i took it out of the box i knew i had found what i was looking for

I struggled for over a year with the first one coming loose and falling on me until i cut a small rectangle piece of plywood with a u shaped notch that i screwed to the underside of my nightstand
