They work great but not for the front door on a tundra double cab i had to drill 2 of the three holes to make it fit the rear doors are different they might fit in

Flimsy back plate but it does fit properly

Without this piece the speakers will not fit properly as the original speaker adapter is not reusable and actually part of the speaker itself

There is a small hole just behind the plastic that the wires will run right through
