The realacc xk x251 whirlwind is in the 250mm class of drones which just means the opposing rotor hubs are ten inches apart on the diagonal with a rotor span of exactly 12 inches which means it can fly thru any opening more than a foot in diameter if you are good at the controls

I found it does help to launch with some degree of thrust at first as the slow gentle approach tends to make it tip over digging the rotors into the ground so take off like you mean it and when its a few feet or so in the air ease off on the throttle it hovers well but still needs small corrections as there is no gps in this bird

The manual is written in broken chinglish and leaves a lot unclear or just unknown cause they dont go into much detail

The battery compartment is designed to add a camera with the camera port being on the right side towards the front

I found that the battery compartment has nothing to prevent the battery from sliding backwards which throws the balance off but its nothing you cant fix with a decent rubber band

Mine did come with an adapter of sorts however it does not work at all and cant be made to work
