I would highly recommend this brandplease note this item was bought at a discounted rate i got this product as a supplement as it has blood pressure stabilising properties which are really appealing features the packaging of this product is simple however the tablet sizes are very reasonable so they are easy to swallow i have been using this product for awhile now and i really like it
