Real food for pregnancy is a fantastic resource. It’s free of judgement and provides solid tips for coping with the nausea of the first trimester. My blood pressure is better than it was pre-pregnancy. No issues during labor or postpartum.
If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or ever want to try to conceive, this is the book you need. This is the only prenatal nutrition book i recommend.
Lily nichols is at the forefront of perinatal nutrition. She exposes inconsistencies in conventional nutrition recommendations. I really feel like lily deserves everyone to review her book, because it is life-changing. Thank you lily.

This book is a great guide to lower carb / whole food pregnancy. Many women have to rely on fortified foods and supplements to support their pregnancy. Lily also recommends a great prenatal full well.
