Pros

The fuel crackels and pops like a real fireplace and heats up one room well. The warm popping crackling of the fire makes it sound like your outside having a small fire.

Amazon is the cheapest i found anywhere qvc wanted 140. The gel cans produce an adequate amount of heat.

This is the only thing that works safely. They last longer than some competitors. It only burns about 3 hrs though so it can get expensive.

Cons

I feel the product should have an expiration dated posted on it. Ended up with a terrible headache from it and had to open windows and doors to eliminate the odor.

Received red label cans, not gray label as pictured. Smells hideous after about 1/2 the can is used. I have burned 3 cans in hopes that maybe the smell was a fluke.

I have bought these units before and i am really happy with the product and with real flame

Be very careful that you have adequate ventilation when you use the product in an indoor setting

This order i had issues with the shipping and the product arrived damaged but real flame is sending out a replacement free of charge

Labels are hard to remove from the cans

I like that now we can remove the labels easily off the cans before we lite them
