Pros

The crackle sound is cozy, and convincing. We love the crackling sound it produces. Packaged well and fast delivery by fedex.

Odorless and smokeless. There is a bit of a smell but very minimal (i do run a small air purifier by my fireplace which works well). Lasts about 3 hours.

Cons

I have a $500 hanging fireplace so it's not the design of the unit. Very strong odor. Sun gel product is far superior in my opinion, it's a clear gel and odorless and costs about 30% less.

Smells hideous after about 1/2 the can is used. Paper is hard to come off, so is the lid. Use rubbing alcohol instead in a reused real flame can (or other container) note alcohol is liquid, not gel if that matters to you.

This order i had issues with the shipping and the product arrived damaged but real flame is sending out a replacement free of charge

The cans were open 9 out of the 12

The cardboard box they came in was not very thick so several cans were dented

Competitiveness

I have tried a bunch of other fuel gel products but real flame creates the best ambience as the fuel gel crackles like a real fire
