I put it together had to ask them to send a new piece that had a malfunction but customer service was right on it and had the piece in several days

The fireplace and mantle came in two boxes but not at the same time 4 days apart but that was ok

The mantle arrived first and took about 45 minutes to assemble instructions were clear each part clearly labeled but be carefull this is vaneered fiberboard with inserts for the bolts not all the inserts are flush and if you overtighten the bolts they will pull out and then you will need to use glue

The fireplace mantel does not go flush along the walls but that would be because of the molding along the floor

One of the face pieces came with some marring but the manufacturer is sending new pieces

The wood is solid the predrilled holes all lined up as they ought and all the pieces fit together the way the picture shows
