Thank you to whoever invented these. They work incredibly well. Very sturdy as well.
Cons
The adhesive is not very good, did not want to stick. I like the idea of just using strong velcro to attach these to my furniture but what's missing is the ability to use these anywhere you have furniture. Don't love these straps.

I tried to tip the hutch after installation and it stayed up there

But be aware that while the strap is 15 inches long the velcro takes up 6 of those inches and the grommets places the lag screw could anchor are only 3 and 6 inches from the velcro

So if you have the suggested 1 inch or more of slack between the lag screw and the velcro that means you need to anchor these 2 to 5 inches from the edge you are stabilizing

If i had had a say 58 inch wide cabinet i would have had to anchor at least one of the straps outside the profile of the cabinet and i wouldnt have liked that appearance
