Pros & Cons
Pros
It's still thinner than mono and a little easier to tie knots lol. I use this line for both spin casting and trolling. Casts well and little to no issues with “wind knots”.
Cons
It has lots of friction with rod eyes that causes a bad cast. The cast is not smooth. Do not recommend it.
Big drawback is that the 40lbs-300yard braid line i purchased has a breakpoint of 15lbs. This line has brokes twice with fish that were under 10 lbs, more like 6 -7 lbs.
