First up, I think that this is a decent bit of kit. The bag appears sturdy and well made. So, why not 5 stars? Well, it is all about the sandbags inside; if you haven't already realised, the weight is made up of a number of cloth bags filled with sand placed inside the padded bag. I had seen several reviews saying that their sandbags had been wet, so I was looking for this as I unwrapped the very well packed parcel. Once I had opened the bag to reveal the contents, it was evident that mine were also wet; not dripping wet, but pretty damp. It makes sense really, as I imagine the company has large containers of sand from which the bags are filled and I would hazard a guess that these are stored somewhere where moisture can penetrate. As the weather was unseasonably hot, I took out all nine bags (25kg bag) and laid them out to dry, along with the main bag. Once dry, I took the opportunity to have a look inside the sandbags and once I had opened the robust Velcro fastening, inside was a plastic ziplock bag. Being a bit fussy, I checked all the bags and in six of the nine the ziplock bags were not sealed meaning that some sand had spilled into the cloth bag. I took the time to tidy this up, reseal the bags and used some insulating tape to ensure that stayed shut. I didn't have a major issue with this but I think that the seller would be well advised to insert a note suggesting that the bag is checked in the way that I have described.  Read Less
