I suggest getting a larger size than stated sizing is rubbish and inaccurate pain gone similar to other reviews ive read youll be on the safe side if you choose a bigger size when buying other than that its a pretty robust and indeed superior quality than others i used before great quality really good support but slightly smaller than size suggests maybe order next size up the sizes are not as advertised
