Pros

I'm a newbie to the sparring but wanted something to protect my nose too since my defense isn't there" "i’m a little claustrophobic so it takes me a few deep breaths to get used to the gear.

Light, comfortable, adjustable for different head sizes and durable. It's not too heavy, and is adjustable in the back with velcro.

Great value for the money. Nice feel but drying takes time. Matching glove and shin pads separately.

Cons

I'd rather get hit by bare knuckles then have a swollen brain. There is very little protection for the jaw against upper cuts. There needs to be more structural support and less flimsy padding.

Bad move on my part. Had to sell it to my teammate. Not worth the hassle. Do not buy this headgear, it’s lousy.
