Pros
The hawk sports is very nice and stiff. Good quality packaging. The width is precisely 4inch and the thickness is fortunately 11mm. Should have no problem supporting (given you brace properly) 500+lbs back squat.
Super solid, and have recommended it to many friends. Material of the belt seems expensive, sturdy, and durable. Similar to pioneer but half the price.
Cons
The buckle always comes apart when trying to deadlift and squat. It's not suitable for serious strength. On a footnote - i realize that the size chart in the photo says mesh belt.
