Very poor sound quality and pictures keep freezing. Have to buy sound bar as it distressing sound quality. Media could not be loaded.

It looks to me like the software update upset things but strangely enough even a factory reset has failed to make any difference

A great tv but there does seem to be an issue with the wireless internet connectivity

After this the tv updated its software and i thought everything was good to go but this wasnt the case

I gave up eventually and ran an ethernet cable from my router instead

Anyway an ethernet cable is a more reliable connection so it will do for me
