Pros
Just the thing for installing a rear camera on a trailer or motorhome. Not noticing much loss in signal strength due to the cord length. Just separates the ends and used for my surround sound system. Stereo on my harley.
It works well and does not distort the picture. Does the trick. Works like a charm.
Great extension to my rca cables. Sturdy, well made. Met my expectations and received quickly. By double the price in most cases.
Cons
Cables lack shielding and will very likely introduce signal noise (aka hum / buzz). Did not work at all. Not durable. Not even worth the return hassle.

I mean you could buy this pull it apart and sell both halves for more then you payed for this by itself

I could see from the picture that this is the style that you can easily just pull apart to separate the individual channels
