Pros
The sides of the mouse have a texturized plastic that is soft to the touch and help sweaty hand to keep the mouse on point. The only gripe i have is that it uses micro usb. It does force my wrist up off the desk, so i end up with less wrist pain.

Multiple programmable * is really nice. The optical switches are snappy and have a good feel to them. The clicking sound is clear and satisfying.
Cons
This only seems to occur with upward/forward scrolling, rarely with downward/backward scrolling.
The software is extremely annoying, bloated and unusable. It feels as if they are just trying to stall until the product is no longer in the return period. Never worked quite right from the beginning.
The mouse flashes colors when it's on the dock even if it's not charging. Problem is the charger. I need to spend 5 minutes jiggling the mouse around for it to charge.

There was an issue where synapse wasn’t properly registering the device and it wouldn’t show the charge percentage but that was an issue with the app itself and it was eventually patched

Also the port on the mouse is a specific shape so you must use the cable that came with the mouse

Everything is good except for the fact that wired mode doesnt work if you put the cable all the way in if you pull it out by one mm it works fine
