Pros

The microphone piece is pliable and easy to move around but stays firmly in place once it’s where you want it. The surround sound is fantastic. I'm impressed with the cord.

Nice cheap gaming headset, good quality for me and comfortable ui. This is pricier than other headsets. I use this headset primarily for teleconferences, which have become the normal way to have meetings during covid-19. This headset is amazing!

Cons

Plastic headband fails and cracks. No headphones i own generate any sound when plugged in while idle. Sound quality is fine but both extendible parts and the top of the headband have snapped. Not worth the risk, look into other headphone manufacturers... Read More

Plastic part consistently breaks after less 6 months of usage. Planned obsolescence. Potential to be a good value if that design defect is corrected.

My problem is that they disconnected often, supplied with an error code 43. Tried device manager, nothing. Restarted my computer, nothing" they get a zero from me on customer support.
