Why the heck is this on something that could fit in their mouth? Why is this even on here? Good concept but not taking a chance on something fake for my infant.

Long lasting up to 12 hours i would say
My 2 month old has been sputtering and snorting through the night for weeks due to sinus congestion
Our 23 month old age baby was having really bad congestion to the point he woke up almost every 30 minutes just bc his nose was to stuffy
Price
Same clip on and vapor pads for 1 less at 9
Only reason im debating is because of the price
