Small and not bulky at all for the bitty precious babies using this product. The pacifier it came with is perfect for newborns.
Cons
The velcro isn't very strong and the loose fuzz is ridiculous. The fur sheds with the slightest amount of friction.

It seems like they switched to a shiny material and the newer version looks like the sloth has a receding hairline
